There are certain things that other cultures just aren't supposed to do. The locs, braids and twists are one of those things. Yet, the rest of the world love appropriating Black culture. The truth is, if they loved Black people as much as they loved Black culture, then there would be no racism in the world.
But instead, they love appropriating Black culture and that doesn't necessarily mean that they love Black people once they steal from us.
Every major thing that was done in the world, including Egypt and the rest of Africa is given to non Black people as credit. They have appropriated our Egyptian heritage as well as our own fashion and clothes. In fact, when there are no more of us left on the planet, the stories told will be of them and Black people will be the savages and brutes that "went extinct even though they tried to save us... from ourselves."
The Black woman is the original. This is pretty much what they do and how they deal with Black people and our history. They appropriate it and they make it suit their own needs and tastes.
