The two have given very differing accounts of what occurred at the Beverly Hotel on Saturday Night. Banks wrote in a Facebook post that:
Crowe had called me a f*cking n****r bed wench, groped my crotch, choked me, threw me out and spat at me.
But a number of witnesses claimed the rapper was the aggressor, and that the actor was forced to physically remover her from his room after she became violent, and threatened to slash a guest with a broken wine glass.
